Adults/masters/kids/youthFUNCTIONAL FITOur Functional Fit classes are programmed around our core value to make you (and keep you) fitter for everyday life, through varied functional movements that are transferable to everyday living. Programmed to encompass Cardio, Strength, Mobility, Power and Body Awareness through:

PERSONAL TRAINING
Sessions available as 1hr or 30min sessions, programmed specifically to the needs and goals set together. These can be scheduled according to your availability.

ADULTS/MASTER/YOUTHBOOTCAMPThis class will get you moving and keep you moving based around bodyweight movements as well as cardio equipment including: Kettlebells / Medicine Balls / Dumbbells / Rower / Running / Bike

GARAGE SESSIONAlthough this isn’t a coach class, there is a programme and session for you planned out while you train aside a coach

OPEN GYMAll access members can you the gym for personal programming however, sometimes you want a coach and other people to be around. Open Gym would be for you.
