Our Functional Fit classes are programmed around our core value to make you (and keep you) fitter for everyday life, through varied functional movements that are transferable to everyday living. Programmed to encompass Cardio, Strength, Mobility, Power and Body Awareness through:
Mono-Cardio / Olympic Weightlifting / Powerlifting / Gymnastics / Functional Bodybuilding
Six programme consisting of 3 training sessions/week learning the foundation movements to Functional Fit classes. Includes induction workshop and nutrition mentoring. Next course beginning 20th Jan.
These sessions focusing on barbell movements across our powerlifting and olympic weightlifting movements. Hone your lifting technique to make more gains with these classes.
This class will get you moving and keep you moving based around bodyweight movements as well as cardio equipment including: Kettlebells / Medicine Balls / Dumbbells / Rower / Running / Bike
Our Mobility classes are a good primer for the upcoming class, perfect warm down or to simply increase your mobility. We work on the synergy between flexibility and stability using a combination of active and passive stretches.
Kids classes 8 -12yr
Youth classes 12yr +
We target functional movements that contribute to developing their body awareness and movement patterns, while safely building strength and cardio fitness.
