Mums + Bubs
We know how hard it can be to do an air squat with a toddler hanging off you. So let us help you out with a some complimentary babysitting, so you can get the most out of our 45 minute Mums + Bubs class (undisturbed by little people!)
Classes are focused around functional movements incorporating bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and cardio. Suitable for all fitness levels, expectant mothers, post par-tum mums, and mums of all ages.
We also offer complimentary child-minding during our morning Yoga/Mobility classes.
